Refund Policy
North Edmonton Gymnastics Club Refund Policy
- If withdrawing from a class before the start of the session/class, a $12 admin fee will be withheld
- If withdrawal is requested after the start of the first class but prior to the second class of the session, the refund will be less one class and a $12 admin fee will be applied. All withdrawal notices requesting refund must be done before the start of the second class of the session. All requests must be submitted via email to negc@telus.net.
- No refunds after the second class of the session.
- $60 AGF membership fee is non-refundable.
- Service Fees and Fundraising Fees are non refundable.
- NEGC does not provide make-up classes.
- All class transfers are subject to a $12 admin fee.
NEGC Camp Cancellation
NEGC requires a minimum of one week prior to the start of a camp for refund. All refund requests must be emailed to negc@telus.net and are subject to a $12 admin fee. If a withdrawal is requested after the first class but before the start of the second day, NEGC will apply a credit for the remaining classes to the account holder. If a withdrawal/cancellation request is due to injury, a doctor’s note is required to be submitted via email to negc@telus.net in order to receive a refund/credit.
